Heating Elements: 1-Year Limited Warranty 
Battery: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Conditions

1.Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all warranty claims.
2.Eligibility: The warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
3.Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
4.Note: Any unauthorized or personal modifications, such as embroidery or alterations to the heated apparel, will void the warranty.
